Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
More About The Role
With a wide range of products designed to suit every customer, our team talks with customers daily to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Many products feature natural ingredients and are ethically sourced through Community Trade programmes. You’ll learn the products, their origins, and engage with customers to find options that fit their preferences and lifestyle. As part of our team of Consultants you will offer expert advice and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
