Job Summary:
The Automotive Media Executive will be responsible for producing high-quality photographic and video content of our vehicle inventory for various digital platforms, including our company website, third-party selling platforms, and social media channels. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency in photography and videography, and strong organizational skills for content management and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online vehicle presentations, attracting potential buyers, and strengthening our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Photography:
* Capture high-quality, professional photographs of all vehicles for sale, showcasing their key features, condition, and aesthetic appeal from various angles.
* Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and styling across all vehicle imagery to maintain brand standards.
* Utilize appropriate camera equipment and editing software to enhance image quality and optimize for web display.
Vehicle Videography:
* Plan, Present, and shoot engaging and dynamic video content of vehicles with marketing team for social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and the company website.
* Highlight unique selling points, interior and exterior features, and the overall driving experience through compelling video narratives.
Content Upload & Management:
* Upload all photographic and video content to the company website and relevant third-party selling platforms efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure all content is correctly categorized, tagged, and linked to the corresponding vehicle listings.
Vehicle Document Filings:
* Assist with the accurate and timely filing of vehicle documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order for sales and administrative processes.
Vehicle Price Updates:
* Update and maintain accurate pricing information for all selling vehicles across all digital platforms in a timely manner.
* Liaise with the sales team to ensure pricing consistency and reflect any promotions or adjustments.
Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and detailing teams to ensure a smooth workflow and consistent messaging.
* Contribute creative ideas for content strategies and campaigns to enhance vehicle visibility and engagement.
Education & Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience (2+ years) in photography and videography, ideally within an automotive, retail, or e-commerce environment.
* Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality automotive or product photography and video content.
* Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut).

Creative & Artistic:
* Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to present vehicles in an attractive and compelling manner.
* Strong visual storytelling abilities to create engaging and informative content.
* Ability to adapt to different styles and requirements for various platforms.
Organizational & Administrative:
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
* Meticulous attention to detail in content accuracy, document filing, and price updates.
* Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Communication & Interpersonal:
* Ability to present in the vehicle videos is a must.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
