Are you ready to lead SEO strategy for a fast-growing ecommerce brand? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas drive real business growth?
We’re hiring an experienced SEO Manager to join a thriving digital team in Cardiff. This is your chance to take ownership of SEO performance, mentor a talented team, and shape the future of organic growth for a high-traffic ecommerce platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Monitor and report on SEO performance daily, weekly, and monthly
* Lead and mentor a small, high-performing SEO team
* Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies across on-page and off-page
* Identify keyword opportunities and search trends to drive high-converting traffic
* Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, with a focus on lead generation
* Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing SEO teams
* Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering measurable SEO results
