Your Role & Responsibilities
* Chairside Assistance: Provide high‑quality chairside support (minimum two days per week)
* Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support a team of dental nurses
* Operations Management: Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the nursing team, ensuring efficiency
* Compliance & Standards: Maintain strict infection control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
* Scheduling & Workflow: Manage staff rotas and optimise workflow to enhance productivity
* Training & Development: Support junior dental nurses’ growth and skill development
* Patient‑Centric Approach: Collaborate with the wider dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
* Strive for Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of patient care and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* GDC Registration – Essential
* 7+ years of experience in a private or mixed dental practice
* 2+ years of experience leading a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive, patient‑focused approach with a can‑do attitude
* A personable and professional chairside manner
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
* Sedation & Implant Trained
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pattern: Monday to Friday
The salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including the scope required, relevant experience, and job‑related skills. At Zental, cash salary is only one component of our Total Rewards Package, which may also include paid performance incentives for eligible roles.
