The family business I am working with are looking for a Production Manager to takeover the Production process. You would be given free reign to implement new ideas regarding the planning of manufacturing procedures, productivity rates, and budgets etc.
The seasonal nature of this company's output places an emphasis on clever People Management given the regular combination of agency staff alongside a long-standing Assembly team permanently based on site.
