My client, a fast-growing, customer-focused telecoms brand that’s redefining connectivity and offer affordable mobile plans, with a strong emphasis on digital simplicity, are partnering with Oliver Bernard to source a Senior Chatbot & AI Product Manager to lead their chatbot and conversational AI experiences across five European markets.
They're looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of their chatbot experience. You’ll define and shape the chatbot strategy in partnership with the Group Product Lead, setting a clear vision and quarterly roadmap that meets both business goals and customer needs. Collaborating closely with tech, commercial, and customer experience teams, you’ll turn strategy into impactful, deliverable features. You’ll also support and challenge local product and operations teams to ensure chatbot experiences are effective at a country level while staying aligned to our global objectives. With a keen eye on performance, you’ll identify opportunities for continuous improvement and turn insights into action.
To be considered, you’ll have proven success with chatbot and/or AI-driven products, with clear examples of customer impact and have a solid Product Management background. You’ll bring energy, passion for your work and be a great team player.
