Job Description:
Mission (12 months): Make Salesfinity the most watched AI Sales Platform brand on LinkedIn and turn views into qualified demos.
You will:
1. Launch & scale a customer-generated-video program.
2. Source, negotiate, and co-produce content with RevOps / SDR / Sales influencers.
3. Run dark-post video ads, measure CPL, and iterate creative to hit CPL targets with 15k views or case studies.
Requirements:
* Hands-on mastery of basic video-making tools such as CapCut/Descript.
* Fluency in demand-generation metrics (CPL, CAC, attribution) and comfort with HubSpot.
* Existing network of B2B creators or proven ability to pitch new ones.
Nice to have: basic motion graphics skills, experience managing community Slack or Discord, passion for sales-tech space.
Interview challenge: Send a 45-second vertical video breaking down a cold-call stat in an engaging way. Raw smartphone footage is acceptable.
