The successful applicant will:
* Have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience.
* Possess good knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
* Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
* Use technology to maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
* Ensure medication is ordered, administered, and stored following company procedures, policies, and current legislation, including NMC/CQC guidelines.
* Utilize clinical skills to make timely decisions and support team members.
* Create comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments aligned with regulatory frameworks.
* Develop relationships with relatives to support residents better.

Someone who can deliver care with compassion, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. Whether assisting with mobility, providing emotional support, or caring for residents at the end of life, the well-being of residents always comes first.
Requirements
* Be an NMC Registered Nurse capable of leading a care team.
* Be a strong communicator and team player.
* Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
* Understand current legislation and guidelines.
* Passionate about providing high-quality services and making a difference.
* Have a positive attitude, sense of humour, and outlook.
