About The Role
Atlas Security is the UK’s newest and most ambitious security company, part of the Atlas Group. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery.
This operational role combines strategic contract oversight with hands-on support. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, drive innovation, and ensure excellence across all touchpoints, from frontline operations to back-office systems.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead initiatives, support mobilisations, and champion the happiness of our people and clients.
Location
London – Southwark
Regular travel across client sites expected.
Salary & Benefits
£65,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility required to support the 24/7 nature of operations.

* Full lifecycle account management across a varied contract portfolio
* Leading site mobilisations and operational transitions
* Implementing digital and technological solutions to enhance service delivery
* Coaching and developing site-based teams
* Building strong relationships to ensure client and colleague satisfaction
