X2 positions available 12 Month Fixed Term, Full time, 37 hours per week Band 3 - £27,181 to £30,487 per annum About the Posts We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join the University of Suffolk’s Centre for Academic and International Partnerships (CAIP) on a fixed term basis. The primary focus of the post holders will be supporting the effective operation of two of the University’s major partnerships, including maintenance of accurate student records, assisting with the smooth operation of Assessment Boards, and dealing efficiently with enquires from partner staff and students. The post holders will also work closely with other teams across the University to support the delivery of processes as they relate to all aspects of the partner student lifecycle. The post holders will primarily be based at the University’s Ipswich campus, making occasional visits to partner sites during the academic year. These are agile working roles, with an expectation of working on campus at least three days per week. About the Team Working closely with academic schools and other professional services departments, the CAIP team is responsible for the development and management of the University’s academic partnership arrangements with a number of institutions based in the UK and internationally. You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and flexible team where you will have the opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the partner student journey. About You The post holders will be skilled and enthusiastic administrators with strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. They will demonstrate the ability to manage a busy workload, working successfully as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to partner staff and students. The roles require strong IT skills (including the use of MS Office and databases) and the ability to communicate and collaborate with partner staff and students in a calm, professional and efficient manner.
