Job Description:
My client, a successful well-known international bank, is looking for a Strategic People Partner to join their HR Management team. The role involves partnering with one or more of their Executives/Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent management, culture, leadership development, organisational design, and transformation to create and maintain a high-performing, agile workforce.
Main responsibilities:
* Understand the key strategic business goals and challenges.
* Coach and influence Executives/Senior Leaders to develop leadership capability and relationships amongst teams.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic talent approaches.
* Analyse workforce trends using MI and data to gather insights.
* Hybrid working (approximately 3 days a week in the office) - work in both London and Milton Keynes offices.
* Salary up to £100,000 (potential flexibility) + £6,000 car allowance.
* 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy and sell.
* Up to 12.5% employer pension contribution.

Requirements:
* Background in corporate or retail banking industry.
* Strong experience as an HR Business Partner with expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent management, organisational design, and transformation.
* Experience partnering with and advising senior leadership teams on strategic matters.
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
* Global experience.
