Sales Account Manager Up to £35k base Office Based - Hertfordshire An established and upcoming UK-based Manufacturer is looking to add to their UK Team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £35k base and is office-based five days a week in Hertfordshire. For the right candidate, they will be open to discussing flexibility/hybrid working. As the Internal Account Manager, you will be a critical member of the sales team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth with new and existing customers with a primary focus on developing accounts, increasing sales and contributing to long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Follow up quotations and close business on behalf of the company. Serve as the point of contact for your account base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within UK territories. Develop a thorough understanding of the client's position in the market, their product/service, points of difference, and competitive landscape. Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as they relate to current, new, and upcoming projects. As necessary, visit clients, and attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalise on networking and relationship-building opportunities. Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis. Requirements: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role. Ideally from the CEM/EMS industry. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
