Job Description
1. Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
6. Prepare detailed reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
7. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
8. Travel to various project locations, as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Project Manager should have:
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
10. Proven experience in managing construction projects within the construction industry.
11. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
12. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes.
13. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
14. Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including to Raleigh.
