Clinical Negligence Solicitor

My client a top 100, national law firm seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/ Legal Executive to become part of their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload independently
* Supporting and guiding team members to deliver exceptional client service
* Contributing to proactive and commercially focused case progression
* Assisting the Team Leader/Head of Department in achieving financial and performance targets
* Maintaining accurate and effective time recording
* Collaborating with the Team Leader and colleagues on case strategy and planning
* Identifying cases suitable for Letters of Claim, settlement, or service
* Ensuring all relevant evidence and information is gathered to progress claims effectively
* Managing cases proactively and commercially
* Coordinating case progression with internal teams and external parties
* Drafting legal documents including Letters of Claim and letters of instruction
* Negotiating settlements and handling the issuing and service of proceedings where necessary
* Conducting litigation as required
* Overseeing team documentation and correspondence
* Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
1. The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience managing a clinical negligence caseload
* Experience in Clinical Negligence
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel
* A flexible, results-driven approach with the ability to meet deadlines
