Job description
We are looking for and experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team on a permanent basis. Woking closely with the Resort Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of the highest standards of Culinary excellence and kitchen management across St Andrews Links. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences while being part of a dedicated and passionate team.
* Annualised Hours - 10 hrs per week more in Summer and 10 hrs per week less in winter.
* Summer starting time am am breakfast, 11.30 am pm all-day service.
* Winter starting time am am breakfast, 11.30 am pm all-day service.
