The Production Planning & Analysis Lead will be responsible for developing efficient production schedules and using data to drive smart, scalable decisions. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and working closely with a passionate team.
As Production Planning & Analysis Lead, you will:
1. Develop and manage production schedules to meet seasonal and daily demand
2. Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
3. Collaborate with different teams across the business to rebuild and refine production processes
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability
5. Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
As Production Planning & Analysis Lead, you will have:
1. Experience in production planning, production analysis, or a similar manufacturing role
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
3. Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools
4. A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for building and improving systems
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
