1. Supporting children one-to-one or in small groups
2. Helping pupils stay focused, feel safe, and enjoy learning
3. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff
4. Creating a calm, caring classroom vibe
5. Making school feel like a safe, supportive place—especially for those who need it most

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
