Key Areas of Work
* Deep Cleaning:
Intensive cleaning of hygiene-critical and high-traffic areas using specialist tools and chemicals.
* Window Cleaning:
Internal and external cleaning using squeegees, water-fed poles, and safe access equipment.
* Contract Cleaning:
Carrying out cleaning tasks to meet specific client contracts and standards across multiple sites.
* Carpet & Floor Care:
Deep carpet extraction, stain removal, floor buffing, sealing, and polishing.
* Jet Washing:
High-pressure outdoor cleaning to remove dirt, gum, and graffiti from surfaces.
* Builders & Specialist Cleans:
Post-construction cleans and work in sensitive environments using PPE and strict protocols.
* Support Services:
Light handyman tasks, basic appliance (PAT) testing, and bird management solutions.
* Reporting & Inventory:
Logging tasks, reporting issues, and managing cleaning supplies on-site.
* Customer Service:
Representing the company professionally and responding to client needs promptly.

Qualifications and Experience
* UK driving license (required).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* COSHH 1 year (preferred)
Desirable
* Spanish Speaker
* Portuguese Speaker

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
