We're looking for a Groundscare Service Technician to join our team. Working with premium brands including John Deere, you'll play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of groundscare equipment, helping our customers keep their operations running efficiently. Competitive salary with annual pay reviews Performance-related bonus scheme Company van provided for work use Manufacturer-accredited training and development Clear opportunities for career progression Enhanced holiday entitlement and sick pay Company pension, life assurance and employee discounts Supportive team culture built on over 95 years of success What you'll be doing Diagnosing and repairing groundscare equipment Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and inspections Working with the latest diagnostic systems and technology Maintaining high standards of workmanship in both workshop and field environments Supporting and mentoring apprentices and trainees Preparing new and used equipment for customer delivery Keeping accurate service records and job documentation What we're looking for Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems A passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work Experience using diagnostic equipment and technical service procedures Full UK driving licence Desirable but not essential: Previous experience within a franchised dealer environment Experience working on turfcare, groundscare or compact agricultural equipment Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate.
