Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington (mix of office & site-based)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + package
An award-winning regional main contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of Design & Build projects up to £25m.
Projects span the healthcare, commercial, leisure, sports, and pharmaceutical sectors, offering varied exposure across a secure pipeline of projects. This role suits a developing QS looking to step up within a supportive commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting commercial delivery from pre-construction through to final account
* Preparing valuations, CVRs, cost reports and forecasts
* Assisting with subcontract procurement and commercial administration
* Managing variations and change control
* Supporting risk management and value engineering
* Working under NEC and JCT Design & Build contracts
