About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
* Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
* Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
* Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
* Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
* Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
This permanent, part-time position offers 50 hours per fortnight in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
* Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
* Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
* Certification in Child Protection Training.
* Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
* A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
