Year 2 Class Teacher (Job Share – 3 Days per Week)
Location: Cleethorpes
Start Date: May 2026 – July 2026
Salary: £140–£170 per day
We are in search of a motivated and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join the team on a 3-day-per-week job-share basis from May 2026 through to the end of the academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed KS1 practitioner looking for a rewarding, supportive, and positive environment leading straight into the summer break.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Teaching a Year 2 class within a warm and inclusive KS1 environment
* Delivering Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics as part of the established school programme
* Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons across the Year 2 curriculum
* Working closely with the existing class teacher to ensure a smooth, consistent job-share arrangement
* Supporting children to grow in confidence, independence, and love for learning
To Thrive in This Role, You Will Be:
* Experienced in Key Stage 1, ideally with Year 2 experience
* Confident delivering Read Write Inc. Phonics
* Skilled in planning and delivering engaging teaching and learning
* A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively in a job-share partnership
* Committed to raising standards and supporting children’s progress alongside strong behaviour management expectations
* Able to integrate quickly into a friendly, supportive school team
You Will Need
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching in KS1 within UK primary schools
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
