They are specifically looking to appoint a NQ - 2 PQE Solicitor to join the existing team of 11. The successful Solicitor will have good technical knowledge of general commercial property to further their career and to gain experience with complex development work. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently on smaller matters with proven ability of drafting, fee-earning and handling their own caseload. On larger matters you will be working as part of a team and providing support with close partner access and professional development from an expert team. The case load is primarily high-value and consists of a wide range of general commercial property work including: acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, finance and corporate support.
