My client are a rapidly growing business who are market leaders in their field.
They are seeking and experienced account manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
You\'ll play a key role in ensuring customers are informed and supported at every stage of their journey, keeping them updated with clear and timely communication.
Working closely with the Operations Team, you\'ll oversee the smooth coordination of customer journeys. If any issues arise, you\'ll be the first point of contact—guiding customers through the resolution process with confidence and care.
You\'ll actively build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying their needs and uncovering future opportunities. This includes sourcing leads, making proactive contact via phone and video calls, and maintaining long-term client engagement.
You\'ll have full ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and sourcing leads to managing your own portfolio of accounts.
Collaboration is key. You\'ll work alongside the Operations Team to source and deliver competitive quotes and solutions across all transport modes and markets.

The Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with previous account management experience.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent achieving a 2:1 or above.
The role will suit a target driven, customer services professional with ambition to grow.
