Key Responsibilities: Support the Refurbishment & Estates Managers Completing the life cycle of works completed from invoicing to raising works orders Liaising with contractors to ensure KPIs are met Arrange audit visits for tenanted properties Maintaining and creating documents in excel, where necessary Sending out regular communications to residents Arranging and undertaking quarterly visits to managed estates Support the estates team in tender completions and submissions to win new business Liaising directly with new clients and potential new business Working closely with the build to rent team to ensure both estates and residential management are aligned What are we looking for: This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems. Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written. IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.
