Overview
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic sales team.
This newly created role will play a vital part in supporting the Business Development and Sales teams by managing data, coordinating administration, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for customers.
You’ll act as a central point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients — helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the CRM system (Asana or HubSpot)
*
Develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s internal processes and products
*
Support the Business Development and Sales teams throughout the sales process
*
Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
*
Track client progress through the sales pipeline
*
Resolve issues and queries related to new client applications efficiently and professionally
*
Assist with document preparation, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Experience & Skills Required
*
Previous experience in administration, sales support and customer service.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with mail merges
*
CRM experience (Asana, HubSpot, or similar)
*
Confident telephone manner and professional communication style
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude
*
