Responsible for Digital Trading across Luxury Business and reporting to the Head of Digital Trading, Premium and Luxury. The role includes line management of the Luxury trading team, overseeing the commercial model, and making strategic recommendations to increase digital sales and enhance on-site experience. It also involves cross-functional campaign planning to ensure the effective execution of group-wide promotions and major campaigns. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for strategy buy-in and campaign planning across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the success and delivery of digital sales within the Luxury business, including forecasting profit, revenue targets, and revenue metrics such as Average Order Value.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Digital Trading to define and implement a digital trading strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with key departments to incorporate customer and market insights into forecasting and remedial actions.
4. Perform data analysis to support reactive actions and upskill team members in data literacy.
5. Develop and execute performance and data analysis plans to support growth using analytical tools.
6. Present ideas and analysis to align business processes and projects.
7. Lead and own the Luxury section of the digital trading calendar, ensuring campaigns and promotions are executed with a focus on customer journey optimization.
8. Manage campaign planning and execution across all websites (Luxury, Premium, Sport), maximizing key trading moments.
9. Coordinate with Digital Marketing to align product and trading strategies with marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Loyalty.
10. Represent Digital Trade in cross-functional projects that help achieve trading targets, such as app launches and new service development.
11. Optimize site navigation, customer journey, and product placement to improve conversion rates and KPIs.
12. Work with Product, Experimentation, and UX teams to influence development roadmaps.

Qualifications:
* Valid UK working rights.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms.
* Proven track record in managing strategic projects and day-to-day improvements that drive sales growth.
* Experience in team management and development.
* Self-motivated, proactive, with at least 5 years in a similar digital retail role.
