You’ll work closely with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality property management services, while also offering expert strategic advice on valuations, lease negotiations, and market trends. This is a role for someone with proven commercial property experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
7. Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring full legal compliance and meeting client objectives
8. Conduct property inspections, valuations, rent reviews, and lease renewals
9. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and financial appraisals
10. Deliver expert advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and market strategy
11. Maintain detailed records using industry-standard software (e.g. Veco)
12. Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely issue resolution
13. Support business development by identifying upselling opportunities for management services
14. Collaborate with legal and surveying teams for seamless service delivery
15. Carry out all relevant property administration and tenancy documentation
16. Ensure excellent communication standards when interacting with clients and tenants
The successful candidate:
17. Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management (essential)
18. Proficient in property law, lease terms, and current market trends
19. Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
20. Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
21. Familiar with property management software (Veco or similar)
22. RICS-accredited or relevant degree preferred (but not essential)
23. Proactive and analytical mindset, with a customer-first approach
24. Full UK driving licence (required)
