Lead and Grow an Established Domiciliary Care Service in Tunbridge Wells. Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of carers while growing the business
* Focus on privately funded clients and expanding service reach
* Ensure compliance and maintain the highest quality standards
* Identify and implement opportunities for branch growth
* Take a proactive approach to recruitment and retention
Requirements
* NVQ Level 5 or willing to work toward preferred
* Previous experience in management within domiciliary care or supported living (managers from other care settings considered)
* Proven ability to grow and develop a care service
* Track record of successful management and growth within care
