Responsibilities: We lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistency. We manage the complete lifecycle of change from SZC directions and instructions through to compensation events, recovery plans and contingency drawdowns. We coordinate interrelated changes across sections to maintain programme and cost integrity. We configure and leverage Oracle Primavera Unifier to track, report and manage all change activities. We develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools that provide visibility of change performance and trends. We support strategic decision-making by integrating cost, time, risk and contract constraints. We champion HSE and Nuclear Safety as embedded principles in every change decision. We promote Digital Engineering tools and processes, establishing integrated systems linking BIM data with schedule and budget. We build and maintain trusted relationships with our Client, acting as a strategic advisor. We develop high-performing teams and drive capability development across the alliance. We protect the integrity of our cost and programme envelopes.
