Job Opportunity: Freelance Industrial Designer
A London-based design consultancy is seeking a freelance Industrial Designer to join their award-winning team.
The company specializes in mobility, product design, services, and built environments for global brands across all continents.
Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for shape and color, understand various materials and production methods, and possess technical, practical, and scientific knowledge. An interest in how people select and use products and services is essential.
Responsibilities include sketching initial design ideas, developing concepts using CAD, creating samples or working models by hand or with computerised prototyping tools, and testing designs through computer modelling or physical testing. The role requires sensitivity to aesthetic, emotional, and digital aspects of design.
Experience in aviation is preferred.
