About Our Hotel

A Day in the Life of a Sous Chef at Our Hotel
What you'll be doing...
* Supporting the Head Chef by bringing creativity and passion to every dish.
* Managing daily kitchen operations for smooth prep, cooking, and service.
* Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, mentoring junior chefs, and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Contributing to menu development with new flavors and seasonal ingredients.
* Overseeing inventory, ordering, and stock management for optimal readiness.
* Ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Maintaining hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
What We Need From You
* Experienced chef passionate about quality food in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team.
