Main Purpose:
The responsibility of warehouse inventory management, including picking and packing, shipping and receiving of goods, as well as light workshops duties, including cutting of materials in order to be shipped to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and plan an orderly warehouse for ease of deliveries and dispatch
* IT Literate, familiarisation with Sage and Salesforce preferred but not essential Loading and unloading deliveries as and when required throughout the day
* Picking and packing orders to customers and / or engineer's specifications and requirements
* Stock management.
* Liaising with relevant team members to maintain correct re-order levels
* Assisting with stock takes
* Working with the team in maintaining accurate stock records including the recording of all goods in and goods out.
* Preparing for periodic inspections of the warehouse.
* Safe use of lifting gear, including maintenance and checking of lifting gear
* Assisting with returns or disposal of faulty stock
* Safe use of workshop tools (i.e. chop saw, grinder etc) to cut and prepare goods for packing and shipping to customers / engineers.
* Any further actions or duties deemed necessary by your manager

* Keeping an organised warehouse

* Shipping and receiving of goods
* Working with the team to keep up to date stock levels/management
* Cutting, prepping and packing materials in the workshop
