Role Details
As a Customer Projects Executive you will be supporting the successful delivery of customer projects from product sourcing and range reviews to menu changes and category management initiatives.
You'll play a key role in driving business growth by ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with strategic goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working cross-functionally, and have a passion for delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
* Lead and support customer projects including: Product sourcing and launches, Range reviews, Menu changes, Category management initiatives
* Maintain and manage the Commercial Project Tracker
* Coordinate project meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications
* Collaborate with Sales and Buying teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives
* Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation
* Analyse project performance and contribute to commercial KPIs
* Provide cover for the Customer Projects Manager when required
* Promote food safety, data integrity, and ESG goals across all activities
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong IT and administration skills (Excel proficiency essential)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset
* Experience in project management, customer service, or executive support roles
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
Desirable:
* Experience in the foodservice sector or similar operational environment
* Familiarity with project management principles and large-scale customer projects
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
