We’re looking for a motivated and commercially-minded Sales Professional to join our Network Sales team. This is a home-based role, ideally located inNorth West, covering a region that includes Manchester, Leeds, and Preston.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering business growth and protecting our market position through strategic sales activity with our network partners and retailers. Using a consultative approach, you’ll support the development of high-performing partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and retain valued customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Drive growth and retention by achieving regional sales targets and KPIs
* Build business plans with network partners to boost performance
* Maximise sales efficiency using tools like our CRM and data-led campaigns
* Protect our network through strong contractual agreements and customer engagement
* Optimise revenue through pricing strategies and commercial decision-making
* Promote safety and compliance across the network
* Manage the network through effective pipeline planning, partner negotiations, and asset optimisation
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a field-based or account management role
* Strong negotiation, relationship building, and influencing skills
* Experience of developing and delivering strategic business plans
* Comfortable using CRM systems and analysing performance data
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Excellent communication, analytical, and numerical skills
