Job Title: Waking Night Care Assistants (females only)
Locations: Southport, Formby, Maghull, Netherton, Bootle, Litherland, Seaforth, Crosby, Waterloo and surrounding areas
Position: Part-time & Full-time
Rate of Pay: £13.25 per hour
Join Our Team as a Waking Night Care Assistant
Right at Home Sefton is a trusted, high-quality home care provider, rated highly for our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. We are currently looking for experienced Waking Night Care Assistants to support our clients in their homes during the night, providing peace of mind and quality care when it's needed most.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver person-centred care and companionship throughout the night
* Support clients with personal care, repositioning, toileting, and medication prompts
* Carry out regular welfare checks and respond to client needs
* Maintain clear and accurate records during each shift
* Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for clients
What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Experience in a similar care role (minimum 12 months preferred)
* Female candidates only due to the nature of the role and client preferences
* A genuine passion for helping others
* Ability to work independently, staying awake and alert throughout the night
* Strong communication and observation skills
* Preferred: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
