A day in the life
* Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
* Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills.
* Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
* Canvassing the local area.
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Good telephone manner.
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft Office).
* Attention to detail.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
* Proof of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
* Proof of address, National Insurance number and driver’s licence check.
