About the Role
The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
Working Hours
Working hours are either:
1. Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 (plus every second Saturday, 07:00-12:00)
2. OR Monday to Friday, 20:00-06:00, with additional flexibility where required.
