Engineering Supervisor - Liverpool Street - £57,000
Location: Liverpool Street
Salary: £57,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM

This is a rare opportunity for you to work for a Leading FM company, as Engineering Supervisor, delivering building maintenance to an iconic Critical Building located in Liverpool Street. You will be required to organise Planned Maintenance Schedules, supervise building control systems, and lead a team of maintenance engineers to maintain landlord services in a large commercial building.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high profile commercial environment requiring critical and non-critical maintenance. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding and must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment. Duties will include:
Close liaison and working relationship with the Client/Tenants
Operate all systems within the buildings in a competent, effective, and efficient manner
Act as the Duty Authorised Person (HV) whilst on duty
Compile quotations to client
Have a detailed understanding on BMS systems
Issue relevant site Permits as part of the Safe System of Work
Completion of PPM and reactive tasks and update the system.
Ensure that daily tours are completed and repair or report any defects found via the Landlord/Tenant helpdesk
Identification of materials required to be ordered in a timely manner

City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or recognised equivalent
17th or 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Registration or Recognised equivalent or
Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within Building Services
Health & Safety Training
Previous Supervisory/Management experience is required
