We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Communications and Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your design skills to create meaningful, impactful work that truly matters. About the role As our Graphic Designer, you’ll bring our brand to life across a wide range of platforms. From fundraising campaigns and event branding to social media, print materials, and digital content, your work will help us stand out and connect with our audiences. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, delivering creative solutions that are both visually compelling and accessible. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining and evolving our brand, ensuring consistency and high standards across everything we produce. What you’ll be doing Designing high-quality creative assets for print and digital (including brochures, social media, websites, and campaigns) Managing design projects from concept through to delivery Supporting and developing the Derian House brand across all departments Preparing artwork for print and liaising with external suppliers Creating engaging visuals that sensitively reflect emotional stories Contributing creative ideas for campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives Keeping up to date with design trends and best practices What we’re looking for Experience in a graphic design role with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) A creative thinker with a passion for design and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders Experience designing for digital platforms and understanding of brand guidelines A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and innovate A Degree in Creative Design/Design and Marketing Desirable: Experience in a marketing environment Photography skills High level I.T Skills Why join us?
