Your role:
Reporting to the Property Information Manager in the Strategic Assets team, this position is part of a new team with responsibility for data governance, quality and analysis, alongside systems development and overseeing our reporting requirements for internal and external clients. Your role within that team will be to lead on establishing and interpreting the precise position of legal/site boundaries and title deeds to ascertain ownerships, superiorities, restrictions, boundary demarcations and responsibilities, liabilities and burdens on land with a Council interest and sites that may be of interest in the future.
You will work closely with client officers, partner organisations and other key stakeholders to assist them in the delivery of their service objectives and priorities.
About you:
You will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated and professional individual with experience of providing property advice to assist and guide clients in their decision making. A skilled communicator and collaborator, you will show commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused property intelligence.
You will have knowledge on updating terrier records with land transactions relating to the estate, using GIS to create/update polygons and appropriate property database records.
An organised individual, you will be able to work on your own initiative and work diligently to prioritise requests for information from many different sources and keep on top of a demanding service.
