Your Role Will Include:
Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing EYFS learning environment
Supporting children with early communication, social skills and independence
Assisting with play-based, creative activities tailored to early years development
Helping deliver phonics, early literacy and early numeracy support
Building trusting relationships with children, staff and families
What We’re Looking For:
Genuine passion for early years education and child development
Patience, resilience and a warm, caring approach
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Experience with children (school, nursery, childcare or similar) – preferred but not essential
Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
