Secondary Supply Teacher Location: HailshamJob Type: Supply, Full-time & Part-time AvailableDaily Rate: £140 - £200 We are currently seeking dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers for positions in the Hailsham and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for those who are available to work a minimum of 2 days per week, with the potential to work up to 5 days. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time commitments are available, with the possibility of long-term or permanent placements. Day-to-day of the role: Be ready for early morning calls at 7am to prepare for daily assignments.Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum standards.Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.Strong classroom management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic about professional development and education.
