FLT Counterbalance Operative Location: Newport Sector: Manufacturing / Warehouse Start: ASAP Shifts: Days or Nights (flexibility essential) About the Role A well‑established manufacturing operation in Newport is looking for reliable FLT Counterbalance Operatives to support their production and yard activities. This is an active, hands‑on role combining forklift work, outdoor duties, and general manufacturing support. The environment is busy, safety‑focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and variety in their day. Pay & Shifts £13.08 per hour £3.27 shift allowance (where applicable) Shift Patterns: Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (immediate start available) Days: 06:00 - 14:00 08:00 - 16:00 10:00 - 18:00 Full shift flexibility is essential.
