My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider experiencing rapid growth.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Responsible for the resolution of issues on behalf of our clients ever growing customer base, this is not the usual run of the mill role, offering a genuinely varied, interesting challenge.
Experience Required:
* A "customer first" mentality and a genuine passion for IT.
* Experience gained in a 2nd line IT support role, ideally in an MSP environment.
* Knowledge of M365 (ideally with exposure to InTune) Azure, AD, Windows Server, Networking, Virtualisation (Hyper-V etc), Backup (Veeam) etc.
