As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work with the Head of Marketing to design, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies that boost MQLs and improve customer journeys. You’ll lead a talented Digital team, ensuring best practices and data-driven decisions.
Job role:
* Develop and deliver an innovative digital strategy aligned with GTM plans
* Enhance online user journey and digital funnel performance
* Analyse and improve website experience for users and SEO
* Own website data architecture and web development
* Lead digital campaign ideation based on insights and analytics
* Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to drive results
* Manage and optimise digital tech stack, including automation tools like HubSpot
Who/what are we looking for?
We seek a digital marketing professional with a strong background in B2B tech marketing, passionate, curious, and analytical. You should be proactive, industry-aware, and able to turn insights into strategies.
* Experience in cybersecurity industry is a plus
* Experience in B2B tech (SAAS/Cyber) digital strategies
* Strong digital analytics and reporting skills
* Experience managing PPC, SEO, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
* Skilled in crafting user journeys and performance optimisation
* Resilient, objective, collaborative, with excellent communication
* Experience working with content teams on campaigns
* Ability to understand target audiences and optimise websites for users and search engines
