* Experience working on the contracting, client, and developer sides of construction projects.
* Experience with due diligence, site acquisition, design localization and construction hand over.
* Knowledge of international EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program tailored to the unique challenges of construction in remote locations.
* Provide direct EHS support to construction Technical Program Managers (TPMs) in the field.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
* Identify and assess EHS risks associated with construction activities and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Create a bespoke set of EHS standards aligned with Google and tailor them for the role and international best practice.
