Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't present. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an excellent job.
Responsibilities during a typical shift include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results and uphold shop standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers promptly and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked and appealing
5. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
