The role involves the safe and efficient delivery and collection of equipment using a 3.5T vehicle and trailer. As a highly customer-facing position, the successful candidate must be confident dealing with customers, delivering a consistently friendly, helpful and professional service. Key Responsibilities Safely deliver and collect equipment on time and accurately. Carry out daily vehicle and trailer safety checks. Load, secure and unload equipment correctly. Provide excellent customer service at every delivery and collection point. Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate where required. Complete delivery and collection documentation using PDA technology. Follow all health & safety procedures and company standards. Work closely with the Operations Manager and yard team to support efficient operations.Requirements Full UK Driving Licence. Proven towing experience (essential). Experience driving 3.5T vehicles.
