Key Benefits: - Forward-thinking contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. - Work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your input is valued. - Modern approach to flexible working - Genuine progression opportunities - Great training and development Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar estimating role. - Proven track record of pricing D&B and traditional build projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Conquest, Causeway, or similar). Key Duties: - Lead the preparation of tenders, cost plans, and budgets. - Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. - Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. - Work collaboratively with the design, planning, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of cost and programme. Salary & Package: - Great basic salary of £70,000 - £90,000 - Company car allowance (£6,500) - Performance related bonus - Pension & Healthcare To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Estimator tendering projects ranging from £10m and above.
